Junk Bonds

Barry Bonds broke the All-Time Home Run Record last night. A lot of people I know didn't watch. One reason is that because the game took place late at night and people have to go to bed early because they work in the morning. Another reason is because they may not care about baseball, or maybe they had something better to watch. Still, this might be the biggest sports story of the year, one of the biggest stories in America today, and everyone I know at least is aware that a baseball player named Barry Bonds was going to become Home Run King.

Well, almost everyone.

Me: Hey, Bonds just broke the Home Run Record.
Manny: Really? Which one?

I'm beginning to think Manny actually lives in a cave, and only comes out to play XBox 360.
