Yesterday, was Manny's last day in the apartment for the year, but before he left he gave us some great gifts.
Gift Number One:
I was talking to my brother when Manny walked into my room asking for his PSP charger. I had borrowed his charger cause I forgot mine at work months ago. Since then, I have kept one at work and the other at home. Unfortunately, because I kept switching which one was kept at work and which one was kept home, I forgot which one was his.
I told Manny, just take the one on the floor cause I don't know which is which. He says, "is that one mine?" I look at him with disbelief and and tell him again to take the one on the floor. We ended up going back and forth like this for at least five minutes.
Eventually, he takes the charger and leaves. What people need to know about the PSP chargers is that they are all the same damn thing. There is no difference at all between them. Unless he put his initials on the charger, there would be no way to know which is which. My brother heard everything and couldn't believe Manny was such a dumbass.
Gift Number Two:
We had ordered food and we were waiting for it to arrive. When the doorbell rang, we all heard it, but Manny did not. He had to go get the food cause he paid for it with his card. Manny says, "uhuhuhuh sorry i didn't hear the doorbell." I look at him and say how can you not hear it when it is right here. I then point to the bell. He looks at it and then responds, "that's the doorbell? I didn't even know what that was." He is the one that always hears the bell, but apparently he never wondered where the sound is coming from.
Manny has been epic this year. To quote Jason, "Manny is the Tom Brady, Brett Favre, and Peyton Manning of doing stupid and gay things." Like a true champion, Manny knows when to bring out his A game. As the year was winding down, he really has shown us that there is nothing too stupid or gay for him.
Therefore, I will applaud Manny and honor him in a way that is fitting for a champion:
HUHUHUHUHUHUHUHUH JAY HUHUH JAY CLAP UHUH CLAP JAY!!!!
Thank you, Manny. I look forward to what you have for us for the new year.
